Amdocs Delivers Rogers Integrated Customer Management Products
Amdocs , a provider of customer experience systems, announced that Rogers Communications Inc., a diversified Canadian communications and media company, has upgraded its Amdocs customer management system to Amdocs CES 7.5. CureCRM Launches as CRM Scheduler for Twitter, Salesforce.com
CureCRM has launched a browser-based SAAS solution that tracks prospect and customer conversations in e-mail applications and Twitter to trigger a CRM engagement. CureCRM also includes an automated, e-mail-based scheduling assistant to help sales teams schedule and place meetings into Google, Apple's iPhone and Microsoft Outlook calendars.
